the staff helped us find a good breakfast place nearby and were helpful throughout our stay. the room was nice with a big screen TV and the hot shower was a great perk. the area of Long Island City is unique and interesting with plenty of dining and shopping options.

During my stay at a hotel in New York, I was impressed by the friendly and helpful staff at the reception. The addition of a microwave by the front desk, after our inquiry about breakfast options, showed their thoughtfulness. The rooms, though a bit dated, were comfortable and cozy, with modern touches. The hotel's location was convenient for quick access to Manhattan, although the walking distance to subway stations was a bit longer than desired.
The windows wouldn't lock properly, which raised security concerns.
